Much like in-office therapy, sessions are personalized to meet your needs. We’ll talk, explore challenges, and work toward your goals—but with the added benefit of seeing your environment firsthand. This can also allow us to integrate practical strategies for home routines, parenting, or other real-life situations in the moment.

We keep flexibility in mind. If the weather isn’t ideal (rain, extreme heat, or cold), we can:
Move the session indoors or switch to a virtual session.
Reschedule for another day.
Occasionally, we may still meet outdoors if you're comfortable with the conditions.
